Simple Fruit Smoothie

Let's drink your health. All you need is a knife and a blender to make this tasty, refreshing breakfast beverage. Try substituting fresh strawberries, kiwi fruit, or mango for the cantaloupe. For extra zing, add a squirt of lemon juice to the mix. Tasty stuff!

SERVES 2 , 2 12oz glasses (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1/4 small cantaloupe, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons nonfat vanilla yogurt, heaping
  • 16 ounces orange juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender till smooth.

    Serve in 12oz frosted mugs.
