Simple Baked Apples

    Preheat oven to 400* F.

    Core apples and place in a baking dish

    Blend sugar with spices; spoon an equal amunt into each apple.

    Cover bottom of baking dish with 1/4 inch boiling water.

    Bake until soft (30 minutes or more).

    Several times during baking, spoon pan juices over apples.
