Bev, This is the best simmering potpourri recipe I've come across! It's winter here in South Africa, cold and raining, and I made the recipe and simmered it on Sumday when the house was filled with visitors - it cheered us all and added warmth to the day. Sweet, earthy and rich. Thanks.
