Shroom!... Easy Mushroom Meatballs

I created this recipe with some leftover ingredients. I am not a huge meat eater, but my husband is, and this creation had us both licking the plate.

SERVES 4 , 20 meatballs (change servings and units)

    Mince mushrooms and scallions. Sauté mushrooms in pan until they are cooked and the juice has run out of them.
  2. 2
    Combine drained mushrooms with all other ingredients, mix well, and add bread crumbs until you reach desired "meatballing" consistancy.
  3. 3
    Fry meatballs on nonstick pan until golden brown. Serve any way you like.
