Shrimp Salsa

There are a couple of shrimp salsa recipes on RecipeZaar, but I thought this one was unique enough to add. I make this constantly because people always love it. Very easy to adjust the quantity for big parties or small gatherings. I can eat this by the spoonful!

SERVES 20 (change servings and units)

    Rinse the shrimp.

    Mix all ingredients except avocado in a bowl.

    Let the mixture chill for several hours to overnight.

    Add the avocado just before serving.

    Serve with Tostitos Scoops.
