Delicious! I didn't make burgers out of them but smaller Frikadeller as that my DH asked that I make "Garnelen Frikadelle" (Shrimp Frikadeller) like his grandma used to make. He said that the recipe reminded him very much of what his grandma used to make and not a single one survived the night. I didn't use Tartar sauce or hot sauce, just a bit of fresh lemon juice and served them without buns with some lemon rice (from TGirl,RN) and a salad. It would have been better if we had fresh shrimp, will have to check out the weekly market in the city for that the next time I make it. Thanks so much!

Good recipe. It was not quite what I was expecting, but good none the less. I did have a little trouble with my first burger holding together, so I add a little flour and the rest were fine. It may have been because I added large eggs and should have used med eggs.
