I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. This is thee best banana bread you will ever have. Whenever I make it, it is devoured within 24 hours. It's simple yet delicious.

SERVES 48 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Cream butter and sugar.
  3. 3
    Add the eggs.
  4. 4
    Dissolve the soda into the sour cream, then add to mixture.

    Add bananas, flour, salt and vanilla.

    Spread into a large cookie pan (large sysco one, with 1" deep sides).

    Bake for 35-45 minutes.
