Sesame Salmon Over Noodles

This recipe came from a local news station. I have not tried it yet, but it sounds good.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    rinse and pat fish dry.
  2. 2
    place in a nonmetallic container, set aside.
  3. 3
    combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice brown sugar, oil gingerroot, cilantro and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a small bowl pour mixture over fish.

    marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
  5. 5
    place fish and marinade in a med.
  6. 6
    nonstick skillet with a lid.
  7. 7
    cook fish over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, flip once during cooking serve fish and sauce over noodles.

    sprinkle with green onions and remaining sesame seeds.

Improvising with what i had handy, i only let it marinade for 30mins, used lemon and parsley rather than lime and cilantro, and it was fantastic. Pretty easy too. Thank you!

    I loved this marinade - after the salmon was done, I reduced the sauce down to a glaze, and served it over the fish. I think it will be even better with chicken or duck. Thanks for sharing the recipe, NN!

    An excellent quick and easy dinner. The sauce had a remarkably delicious flavor--nice and tangy. I marinated for 1 hour and served the salmon over angel hair pasta. Kids and husband loved it too. Thanks for sharing this.

    Great recipe! The sauce has wonderful flavors from the ginger and cilantro. Be careful with cooking the salmon, it cooks very fast in the pan.
