Mix with juicy shrimp or tuna steaks and leave to marinate for 30 minutes before cooking – delicious!

    Put the ginger, thyme and garlic in a blender. whizz for about 20 seconds until everything is chopped to a paste.

    Add the sesame oil and vinegar. Pulse to mix everything together.

    Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and white wine and your marinade is ready!
