Sesame Bok Choy

I just love bok choy. This is a great bok choy side dish.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Wash bok choy. Cut stems AND tops into about 1-inch pieces.
  2. 2
    In a large bowl, combine last 7 ingredients and mix well.
  3. 3
    Add bok choy to the dressing and toss to coat.
  4. 4
    Place in a hot wok or large pan and stir-fry over med-high heat for about 8 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.

    I really enjoyed this dish. I used a small bunch of bok choy and added a few mushrooms that needed to be used up. Next time I will double the sauce. I used honey in place of brown sugar and didn't have rice wine, so used rice wine vinegar. Thanks Marcie!

    My first time eating Bok Choy, liked the stems, my wife liked the tops, a little sweet, maybe less brown sugar.
