thanks hcopeland for a real time and money saver. this worked beautifully in the beer bread i made for dinner. i did make one change - took out 2 teas. of flour from each cup then added the baking pdr and salt. perfect.

Even though the muffins I used this flour combo in turned out okay, they were too salty. Next time I'll cut the salt in half.

Worked just fine. Thanks so much!! I use whole wheat pastry flour instead of white and add the rest and it works fine.
