yummy! I pre cook the meat w/ onions and fresh garlic and some of the chili powder but I cut out the step of pre cooking the veg, and throw it all in the crock pot mid morning and its delicious in time for dinner! I totally stir it 100 times a day to get the whole house smelling good and add the secret ingredients as needed.

Absolutely delicious! Simmering the chili in the crockpot and adding red wine enhanced the flavor. Easy to make as well. Thumbs up!
