Very fragrant, powerful seasoning. Not sure how much to use on a turkey, so I just guessed, about 2 tablespoons seemed right to us. Thanks for sharing!

    I thought they were ok but the kids did not like it. They said there was too much seasoning and I think it was too strong for them. I'm so sorry! Not sure what I did wrong...

    I sprinkled some of this in my chicken sandwich. It is excellent! The flavours compliment each other without anything being overpowering. Unfortunately, I didn't have any rosemary, but it was fine without it.

    I used this today on the Easter turkey and I couldn't be happier with the result. This made, without a doubt, one of the most flavorful turkeys I have had! Everything was in the amount ask for, I did sub celery flakes for the celery salt however. This is an excellent mix that I highly recommend.
