Delicious! Very tender and makes for great burgers. I'd be interested in seeing how they fare on the grill. I used a whole onion and omitted the salt. I ended up with 6 patties, and could have easily made more, they seemed on the large side. I will make these again, simple to throw together and very good! Thanks!

Really juicy! I had a 1.25lb package of ground turkey so upped the other ingred. amts by just a little. I used sweet onion, and a homemade poultry seasoning because I didn't have any store-bought on hand. I also used garlic powder instead of garlic salt and Eggbeaters for the egg. I used a griddle at 350 degrees F, sprayed with non-stick spray and cooked about 7 mins per side. I got 5 good-sized 1/2 inch burgers. The poultry seasoning gave an interesting flavor, different than what I'm used to in turkey burgers. My bf ate 2 burgers and I ate 1. Served this with Seasoned Potato Wedges and used the poultry seasoning recipe Poultry Seasoning. I had ketchup, mustard and relish on mine, bf had relish and hot and spicy mustard on his. Thanks Ang11002, I will probably make these again.
ETA: Made thse again to try with Tangy Onion Relish and the burgers and relish went well together.

Very, very tasty and moist! I did mine in the oven for 30 min at 350, then browned each side in a skillet. Thank you for a great patty recipe!

These are SUPER (and easy) burgers! Perfect seasoning and so juicy. I made half with ground turkey and half with ground beef and they were both great. I didn't use poultry seasoning in either, but I did add some black pepper. I didn't baste them with anything (totally forgot), but they didn't need it! We had these as cheeseburgers on buns with potato salad on the side. This will be my basic burger recipe from now on! P.S. I just realized now when looking back over the recipe that I used garlic powder, not garlic salt.
