I thought this recipe was awesome! I left out the onions and green peppers because my husband is prejudice against flavor, but even with the two omitted it was still really good. (way better than my mom's) Next time I'll probably put less salt in it though. And putting extra cheese on top Definitely added the perfect touch. MmMmMm!

I made this for company and it was very good. I was worried about it being bland but the onions gave it a nice flavor. Very rich, cheesy, and warm comfort food. Thanks, I will make this the next time I have leftover ham to use up.

Excellent scalloped potato recipe. I used only 1/4 lb ham and think the recipe would not suffer one bit with out any ham at all. I am preparing the dish for the second time.
