I work at a group home for boys. I'm trying to cook good food for them. They absolutely loved this recipe and so did I! This is the only scalloped potatoes recipe you"ll ever need.

excellent meal. My company loved it. I did do two things different. I cooked it in my crockpot and I added some hot sausage

Excellent scalloped potato recipe. I used only 1/4 lb ham and think the recipe would not suffer one bit with out any ham at all. I am preparing the dish for the second time.
