Yummmmyyyyy!!!! I used a 1 lb. tube of ground turkey and kind of eyeballed the ingredients and it turned out great! I didn't have fresh garlic so I used some powder and also added a touch of ginger. Also didn't use as much bread crumb mix as called for. Still, very moist and flavorful!

The flavor combination was amazing! I used ground beef, 1 1/2 tbsp. of the sesame oil and omitted the cilantro (no likey). And? They smelled soooo good while on the grill! Thanks for posting - this is a keeper!!!!

Wow! Riff is right! These turkey burgers have tremendous flavor. I didn't add any breadcrumbs, as I don't really care for a lot of filler. I did begin grilling these on foil that had been sprayed with Pam. After both sides had been seared well and were holding together, I then removed the foil and grilled directly on the grill rack to get great grill marks and more of the grilled flavor. I had mine served up on a hamburger bun with wasabi mayo. Hubby chose to top his with barbecue sauce and loved that complement. I do have to agree that these are some of the best turkey burgers ever.

These are outstanding!! I made then exactly as called for except the sesame seeds. They are wonderfully moist! I had to cook the in the oven, because I used them in my cooking class and had to cook a double recipe. The oven worked great. I liheated some oil on a cookie sheet first brushed the tops lightly with oil and baked at 350F for about 18 min. without turning. Super, serbed on buns with Wasabi mayo and shredded lattuce. Thanks for such a great recipe!
