I'd just like to point out that the peas in your picture are snap peas not snow peas. Although not a big deal, they are different.

I've been trying new foods. I had some snow peas, and made this. It was so good! When I made this, I really wished I had had some shrimp to put in it. [I went to store today, and bought some more snow peas and got some shrimp too!] Thanks for sharing you recipe.

A quick recipe that goes together with minimal preparation and compliments well many dishes. Actually I served this with Pan Seared Moroccan Salmon and Moroccan Pilaf Moroccan Pilaf. I did use a touch more soy sauce that the 1 teaspoon and the onions were sliced green onions.
