We eat these as a topper for steak or baked potatoes, or as a side dish with just about anything. Easy and flavorful.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Melt butter over medium heat in a large pan.
  2. 2
    Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. 3
    Add sliced mushrooms, stir to coat, and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Drizzle soy sauce into the mushrooms.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
  6. 6
    Continue cooking over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.

    Remove from pan and serve.

    just made these and served them over the "to die for crock pot roast" ... fabulous. they were the best sauteed mushrooms i've ever had! all these years i have made them and they were bland-but not these! added them to my cookbook. will definitely make again.

    I added more garlic 'cause that's just how I am. Great dish. Went perfect with a big ol sirloin and a baked tater. Thanks for a great recipe

    Wow! These were so good we had to make a 2nd batch, as the 1st batch was eaten up before the steak was ready! We used salted butter and halved the button mushrooms.
