This an adapted version of a Rachael Ray´s recipe.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2
    Saute sausages in oil. Transfer to plate when cooked.
  3. 3
    Cook potatoes, onion, garlic, green pepper and seasonings together in the same pan until the potatoes are tender. (Add oil if necessary).

    Return sausages to pan.
  5. 5
    Beat eggs and milk together and pour over mixture.
  6. 6
    Bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until eggs are cooked thoough.
