Another "frugal" recipe for those of us tight on a budget!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Bring everything but the potatoes and sausage to a boil.

    Turn down and simmer about 8 minutes.

    Add potatoes and sausage to simmering kale broth and cook until potatoes are tender.

    Serve and enjoy.
