WoW!! This should be on everyone's Oktoberfest menu! This was the tastiest combination of flavors ever! I have never had Sauerkraut and I started to get nervous while this was cooking.... but OMG this was so good!!! The pork chops cut with a fork!!! These were the most tender pork chops ever (without being slow cooked in the crock pot) and they maintained thier texture. The flavors were subtly sweet and the sauerkraut really enhanced the meat. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and the carrots were splendid. The vegetables were brought to new heights with the flavor of the pork in this dish. This is a wonderful one-dish meal! Welcome to Germany!!!!!
