Better than many resturants! My brother-in-law taught me how to make this. This is my favorite salsa in the world.

SERVES 60 , 1 gallon (change servings and units)

    Chop tomatoes and onions.

    Blend onions tomatoes both fresh and canned in blender.
  3. 3
    Add jalapenos, celantro, & garlic salt blend well.

    Add juice of lemon mix well and enjoy.
