I have never seen Pistachio pesto sauce in the store, so I just made my regular basil pesto sauce and added pistachio nuts instead of pine nuts. Also added the lemon zest which I don't normally do and it made a wonderful tasting sauce. The salmon came out so moist and was super delicious. Thanks for a great easy recipe, Rita.

what a great idea. I already had the pesto (frozen from my end of summer basil harvest). It was super quick, easy and best of all, delicious.
