Just like Mom used to make! Easy and delicious, not to mention filling. I don't care for the ketchup in the gravy, so I just made brown gravy with the drippings from the steaks. I also made without the mushrooms, only because mom didn't make them that way. Served them with mashed potatoes and corn - great winter meal.

Rose, this was truly WONDERFUL!!! So very easy, and yet tasted so very good!!! My kids gobbled it up like crazy! (Even impressed ME, how fast it was devoured...) It's an absolute new keeper in my family, and I've already been asked to make it again! I also served it with mashed potatoes like you suggested and Dee's green beans on the side. NOTE: The reason I wanted to try this recipe was because of the photo of the blue morning glories in the background of your pic!!! That is my very favorite flower of all-time and it has great meaning to me because of my mother...Thank you for sharing that photo along with your recipe!!! My Mom would just LOVE you like crazy — I can feel it!!! Thank you!
