What a lovely salad! I made this for dinner, photographed it and took a taste so I could review it, now I'd like to sit and keep eating it and not share with Russell. I had a Lebanese uncle sho was a wonderful cook and these sorts of flavours remind me so much of him and his dishes we enjoyed growing up.

Perfect proportions of ingredients! Usually when I make a salad like this I just ad-lib everything--this was great to be able to follow. I love mint with salads like this, and I didn't even need to add more garlic
Simple, and perfect!

This was really tasty and easy to make. I didn't have a lebanese cucumber, so used a regular one. I used a serrano pepper for the green capsicum and a red bell pepper for the red capsicum. Made for Spring 2009 PAC.
