This is wonderful, looks classy and I love the color and the taste! The alcohol wasn't that strong which is fine by me. DH tasted this and got the glass from me, should have made more! Thanks~! Made for WZT4.

We enjoyed this drink with our supper, is was easy to prepare and you didn't taste the alchohol very much. We did up the amount of sake to double what it called for. Quite similar to a the traditional tequila sunrise drink. Will make again. Made for the ZWT 2008.

Tagged in Recipe Swap #14 (Australian). I had already printed it out b4 the game! Not being a drinker, but having a bottle of sake for cooking purposes, I decided to try this out, seeing that the alcohol wasn't a large amount. I used cherry juice from a can of organic sweet bing cherries (about 1 T), 2/3 C o.j. and 3 T sake. The grenadine had food coloring and high fructose corn syrup. The drink didn't taste very alcoholy at all. It had a bit of red blush from the cherry juice and tasted pretty good. I think I might even be able to handle 4 T of sake!
