There is no amount of water listed in this recipe . I just had to guess at how much and since I was only making a partial batch I used three cups water and two regular sized tea bags ( I have never seen family sized tea bags. I had this both hot and iced and prefer the iced version much better. I also cut way back on the amount of cloves and would suggest adding the amount to suit a person taste.
