Russian Eggs With Horseradish Sauce

A different and interesting way to eat eggs. The cooking time includes the 30 minute chilling time.

Directions

    Cut eggs in halves and place on a platter.

    Blend the rest of ingredients together and pour over the eggs.

    Chill for about 30 minutes before serving.

This is a pretty cool use for hard-boiled eggs. I used reduced-fat ingredients and added a little extra horseradish. They looked very cute sitting om a bed of baby spinach. Thanx for this recipe. It'll be very handy for the after-Easter eggs!

    WOW! I love eggs and horseradish sauce but have never had them together. VERY YUMMY! Easy too. Made for the ZWT4.

    These were good but just a little too much Mayonnaise for me. The horseradish added a little zing to it. I think it needs a little bit more flavor to it. Maybe add some chopped dill pickles to it. Thanks for sharing your recipe Sarah. Made for ZWT 4-EE
