This bread is fabulous! French bread is halved lengthwise and brushed with a mixture of melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic and rosemary, then baked until browned. Original recipe from Quick Cooking.

Delicious! Rosemary, garlic and Parmesan go together very well, but none of the flavors are overpowering so this would be a great addition to any meal. I plan on making a couple of loaves for the freezer, too. Mine was done a bit early, about 11 minutes, so watch carefully. Thanks, Marie, for another yummy recipe!

Excellent. Light, but tasteful. We have tried rosemary in the past and didn't think we like the flavor, but this was excellent. Just the right combination with a little extra garlic added. Thanks again for a wonderful recipe Marie.
