Rosemary Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1-2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Directions

In a skillet, combine the broth, rosemary, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.2
Add asparagus and onion.3
Bring to a boil.4
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender.5
Discard bay leaf.6
Garnish with parsley.

Very good asparagus dish. I would of liked to have a little more Rosemary flavor and will add more the next time

My favorite asparagus recipe! I only use fresh rosemary and increase it to 2 Tablespoons. Thanks for posting!
