YUM! I doubled the amount of roasted garlic and added a little cream- just couldn't resist. These were so easy to heat up the next day and travel very well. Thank you Basil lover!

These potatoes are so good! Very good flavor and easy, easy, easy to make. Wonderful side dish for a holiday meal. I served for Christmas dinner. I did pour some cream over the top before reheating in the oven. Yummy!
