My roommate claimed that he hates asparagus - but went back again, and again (FOR 3rds)! These were so amazing! I loved the combination of the lemon, garlic and feta. Will make again - especially to impress guests! Thanks for sharing Sue!

We loved this. It took roasted asparagus to a whole other level. The feta was wonderful. And it couldn't have been easier. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

We loved the unique flavour combination in this recipe! It was a quick & easy side for a weeknight dinner yet special enough to serve at a dinner party. Note to anyone who grows their own asparagus: since there is no consistency to the thickness of the stalks you harvest each day - I recommend adding the thin shoots to the oven about 8 minutes after the fat ones. Thanx for another winner Sue!

So good! The best part is how little preparation it takes - and we already had all of the ingredients in the house.
