Roast Spicy Tilapia

During a visit to Nigeria a year ago I had the most amazing grilled spicy fish that kept my tongue on edge. I decided to make something similar. Its not as spicy though but Its harder to shoot yourself in the foot if you get my drift.

SERVES 2 -4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons very hot dried red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 lbs tilapia fillets

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix the salt soy sauce and pepper into a paste.
  2. 2
    Let the fish stand for 1 hr at room temperature.
  3. 3
    Massage the paste into the whole fish.
  4. 4
    Pre heat the oven to 400wrap fish in foil paper
  5. 5
    Place in the oven for about 2 hours.
