Spaghetti with Pinot Grigio and Seafood

As a child I hated Chicken Spaghetti day at school. However, as an adult, I found myself CRAVING this classic. Well, I finally convinced my BF to try this comfort food, and when he agreed I was trilled. First off, I used store bought rotisserie chicken, and I tripled the recipe so that I could freeze some. I skinned and shredded the whole chickens and cooked the spaghetti, and on the stove I melted the Velveeta with all of the canned ingredients. I quickly mixed all of the chicken, pasta and cheesy sauce, and poured it into a greased baking dish. I baked it for an hour, and was in love!!! This tasted so good. I did use mild ro-tel and found this to be an excellent dish!!! I am giving this 5 stars and eating a bowl right now!

Used sharp instead of velveeta...very good and simple! Thanks...it's a keeper!

A marvelous dish for a crowd. The flavors were wonderful together, complimenting each other and giving the dish a decidedly homestyle dish. I used ready-cut spaghetti which worked out well. It was easy to prepare, and was a memorable dish on our table. I will be using this dish again. Thanks for sharing, Anita.

This rocks! To simplify I combined the soup(reduced fat), broth, rotel, and velveeta then melted it all in the microwave. I then stirred in cooked broken spaghetti and chicken into the bowl and poured in baking dish. Super simple and delicious. Next time will add some chopped broccoli for a one dish meal. Thanks for posting.
