Rick's Unstuffed Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb extra lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 4 cups cabbage, chopped
• 2 2/3 cups instant rice, uncooked
• 2 2/3 cups water

• 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans reduced fat reduced sodium condensed tomato soup
• 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
• 2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
• 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

1. 1

   Brown hamburger and onions in pan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.

   Add remaining ingredients.

   Bring to mild boil.

   Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes or until done.
