Fabulous rice dish. Great flavours & easy to prepare. I ended up cooking on the bbcue & it worked great. I did the recipe as written... can't wait to try it with fresh herbs next time. Thanks for sharing.

This was very good, and easy to make. We served the rice with kabobs, and it make a wonderful addition to them. We did add a little more salt at the end, but other than that we made just as directed. Thanks, MizzNezz - we can always count on you for a great recipe!

This is really good! I added a minced clove of garlic a minute before adding the liquids to give it a bit of fragrance. I also kept it on the stove top, bringing the heat down to it's lowest and putting a lid on. Leave for fifteen minutes then fluff and serve. Delicious. Also some toasted almonds on top make it. I think next time I would use fresh herbs instead and stir them in at the very end before serving. Thanks for a great recipe!

This had a very nice flavor loved by young one and us not so young. I am going to add some pine nuts in this next time I make it.
