This is a great cookie recipe! The Rice Krispies cereal adds a crunch, the oats a chewiness, and the gooey chocolate chips of course makes this so perfect! 8)

Everything a cookie should be!!!! I made several variations - some with no chocolate chips, some with added coconut, some with everything! My children and sons-in-law loved them! Thanks for sharing -this will be on my permanent Cookie List!

Adding rice krispies is an interesting twist to chocolate chip cookies, I've never tried it before. The krispies did give the cookies a bit of a crunch, that was nice. My cookies dried out very quickly, however, even though they were in a closed container.

Mmmmm! Guess what cookies Santa's getting on Christmas Eve this year! Great recipe. I didn't have Cream of Tartar, but it worked without it. The only tip I can give is to watch the time carefully - with all the choc & sugar, they can burn a little underneath if you aren't watching!
