Easy and very good. Used an herbal ginger zing tea, and the full amount of sugar. This has a delicate rhubarb flavour which is quite nice.

Excellent way to use rhubarb. I followed the recipe exactly I found the amount of sugar to be just right for us , not overly sweet. I used Earl Gray Tea bags. I will be making this again, thanks for sharing this recipe.

This recipe was delicious. My husband thought it tasted too much like rhubarb pie, but I adore rhubarb in whatever form I can get it in! I do think the 3/4 cup sugar was a bit too much for my tastes. I would start with a smaller amount and add to taste. It was also easy to make- which is always good.
