The most fabulous bbq sauce for pork

3 cups (change servings and units)

Directions

    In a saucepan on medium low heat, saute the onion, when beginning to soften, add the garlic and salt. Soften the garlic as well. (Entire process should take about 5 min).

    Add the rest of the ingredients, and bring to a simmer.
  3. 3
    Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce reaches desired thickness.

    Taste and adjust seasonings.

    Hint: It will be better the next day so feel free to make ahead of time!
