This Rub is wonderful!I have used it on Ribs, and chicken. I cook them in my convection oven and the ribs are tender and juicy but have that great crispiness on the outside. This recipe makes enough to always have some on hand. I have stopped using BBQ sauce all together!.. Thanks Mille!

Wow, this sure is tasty....I have tried it on lamb and tonight I will be trying it on chicken drumsticks. This really helped in keeping the lamb tender and juicy on the inside with a tasty crust on the outside.
