This was a very good sandwich and worked great for Saturday lunch with chips and raw veggies. I didn't have sliced parmesan, so I just omitted that. I also used the Forman grill and it worked great. We will definitely make this again!

This made a very easy and tasty Sunday brunch dish. I didn't have any italian bread on hand so used some wide slices of turkish bread sliced through the middle to make the sandwiches. My DH was very impressed
I think this recipe could also be used with roasted tomatoes in place of the peppers & use some basil in the egg mixture. A real keeper for us

this is awesome! I used my own roasted peppers. I omitted the parmesan cheese and salt & oregano but used mrs. dash for seasoning. I used my foreman grill too an it all turned out fine. Your photos (all of them) make me want to tryout every recipe--you must be a professional photographer..and chef! Thank you!
