Really Sweet Fish

Recipe #321197 | 46 min | 26 min prep | add private note

By: Chef #927848
Aug 25, 2008

I've recently began trying to keep Kosher, so this recipe is listed a little differently from how I originally made it. Mainly-- I usually made this with swordfish. Also, in terms of "Citrus Juice" I usually use Diet Ocean Spray Orange Citrus Spray if I can find it.

SERVES 4 , 4 pieces of fish (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Cut fish into 4 pieces.
  2. 2
Let fish sit in juice for about 20 minutes, and then broil.
  3. 3
Combine other ingredients, and heat in saucepan.
  4. 4
Pour the saucepan contents over broiled fish and enjoy.
