This is simple goodness! I love that it's one of my DH's favorite meals, and it takes just minutes to make! Use any flavor ravioli you like, but we prefer Italian Sausage Ravioli.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

1 (30 ounce) package frozen ravioli (any flavor)
1 (7 ounce) container pesto sauce
2 roma tomatoes, diced

Directions

Boil ravioli according to package directions.

Drain ravioli.

Return ravioli to pot and toss with pesto and tomatoes until well coated.

Serve immediately.

I used Buitoni Sweet Italian Sausage tortellini and it was fantastic! Very quick and easy meal that tastes comparatively as good as fine dining in a fancy restaurant. Thank you very much for posting!

I agree with the other reviewers. This is a delicious and quick dish to serve on those super busy evenings. A colorful dinner can be on the table in a matter of minutes.

Delicious and easy Charmie! I added a few toasted pine nuts to the top of mine and some shredded mozzarella. Served with cheese ravioli. Definitely a keeper. Thank you!
