This is a playful little snack! The green onions and coconut really add depth to this recipe. The cashews were okay, adding a nice crunch, but next time we'll try using pecans, Yum! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Oh, this is good! Great for a sweet fix...but rich so be prepared to share! Easy to prepare and I think it's going to make great leftovers for tomorrow. (-: Made for PAC Spring 2009... Thanks for posting another winner Starrynews.
