Surprisingly good for such a simple recipe! I used panko breadcrumbs on boneless/skinless thighs, and they came out wonderfully crispy and moist. Next time I think I'll try baking them on a wire rack, as the bottoms this time were just a little soggy.

This was very good. I doubled the recipe and cooked it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. I did not turn them; they got nice and brown (on the bottom too) and did not stick. Easy clean up.

Kelly, this is a great way to cook chicken thighs. I used boneless, skinless thighs. The coating was crunchy and adhered well. The chicken meat was very moist and tender. Kudos for the idea of dipping in ranch dressing. It adds a lot to the flavor and moistness. More than satisfied my family of six. Thanks!!
