I got this recipe from the Rachael Ray show. This is one of my all time favorite drinks. Just remember, a little goes a long way!!!!! Prep time is actually chill time for the glasses.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Rinse and chill 4 champagne flutes in freezer to from the glasses.
  2. 2
    Pour 2 ounces of orange juice into each flute.
  3. 3
    Fill almost to rim with champagne.
  4. 4
    Top each glass with a splash of Triple Sec and garnish with orange curl.

We had these morning for our Valentines breakfast. We used the triple sec since it was what we had on hand. We loved them!

    Of course! Orange liqueur...that is what has been missing from my mimosas all this time.

    I used Grand Marnier and what an amazing addition that is! It's a much more elegant mimosa than the typcial OJ and Champagne combo. Wonderful!
