These were really good - I used carrots, zucchini, and some mushrooms, as well as chopped garlic. Didn't have fresh thyme so I substituted fresh marjoram. They were nice and moist and not dried out at all.

I'm not a turkey burger fan but because i'm trying to eat healthier I gave them a try. They were very good and my 6 and 7 year olds ate them without complaint. The only thing I added was fresh minced garlic. Only because we love our garlic! So if my kids will eat them then it's a good thing!

Forgot to add 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped. My husband LOVES these burgers, and he normaly doesn't do burgers. Super moist, great flavor!

Wow, this deserves way more than 5 stars...it is sooo good and healthy as well. I used about 1 teaspoon jarred thyme, instead of fresh and served with ranch, ketcup, mustard and lettuce. This is now one of my favorites, I'll be making this often! Thank you for posting Shirl!
