This recipe is so easy, my six year old son had a great time making this with limited help from me! We used olive oil. Little fingers do have to be careful — the crust easily breaks into holes, and if left out too long, begins sliding down into the bottom of the pie plate. Made a very tasty quiche. Definitely a keeper.

This recipe is excellent. Very easy and very quick! I didn't have any Olive Oil or Canola Oil so used Vegetable Oil instead... It still turned out perfect. Will definitely try with Olive Oil next time though! My quiche was delicious! Thanks!!

An excellent recipe masha'Allah. So easy to make. But I make it with at least half as much flour otherwise I find it doesn't have the right consistency to roll it out. By the way, a tip is to roll it out between two plain sheets of baking paper, it works really well and is much less messy.

This only takes 5 minutes to prepare and is super easy. Really nice consistency and worked really well. Tastes good too!
