This recipe is excellent. Very easy and very quick! I didn't have any Olive Oil or Canola Oil so used Vegetable Oil instead... It still turned out perfect. Will definitely try with Olive Oil next time though! My quiche was delicious! Thanks!!

An excellent recipe masha'Allah. So easy to make. But I make it with at least half as much flour otherwise I find it doesn't have the right consistency to roll it out. By the way, a tip is to roll it out between two plain sheets of baking paper, it works really well and is much less messy.
