These were so easy and went well with the burgers I served them with. I did add red peppers and some chunks of zucchini to the skewers. Thank you for sharing a recipe perfect for summer time. Reviewed for ZWT 3.

These are great. The most time consuming thing is cleaning the mushies and trimming the stems. I added a small bit of red pepper to mine for some color but the taste went very well with the mushrooms. Uber easy and tasty. My skewer of 4 was just right along side a salad for lunch. I used the broiler with no problem.

Add in some Garlic! The more the better! I do this all of time... I do it with peppers, zucchini, onions and anything else you like to add to a skewer... Have also added balsasmic vinegar, red wine vinegar etc to the mix.... mmmmm
