Quick Salmon-Macaroni Salad

This salad goes together almost in a flash! And it tastes terrific, too. Recipe came from a Betty Crocker cookbooklet sold at the checkout stands.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces elbow macaroni

  • 1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked

  • 1/2 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, with oil
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • capers

Directions

  1. 1
    Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain again.

    Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill at least 4 yours.
